Maaa, while I was watching I was thinking his voice sounded too familiar. And yesh. He is voiced by Mamoru Miyano, Light's Voice Actor (>_>) Even though it suits him~ 
The show is dumb a bit but he is cute (^^) But the female protagonist is pretty much spastic (-o-)
